This blog is another interesting one!. I love reading some of these blogs and hearing how frustrated they get with the kids and the system. I also enjoy this blog for she gets along with autistic kids. I myself gravitate towards these kids and always have. It’s not just autistic kids but ones with disabilities.
This blog is great. The opening article talks about the frustrations of special ed teachers. There are links to other blogs. There is one by a parent of an Asperger child which I find valuable. Check it out!!!
I googled special ed teacher blogs and was appalled by the first one that was on the list. It is www.tard-blog.com. First of all I am offended by the title. Second of all when I clicked on it, there was fowl language being used. I am appalled that a teacher would use the title and the language. Amazing what is out there!!!!!!
This blog is for reading teachers and any teacher really. It has quite a few interactive links for the students. There is also a video that talks about why you should integrate technology in your classroom. Pretty good site. I have the link in my blogroll as well.
Click on this link to see what a Special Ed teacher is doing in her classroom to get the kids involved.
This site is awesome. It has tons of games and you can even look at things on display at museums around the country. There is also information about classroom management and training. It’s not just for the kids!!!!
